Q&A

 Q: How to add more fingerprints?

A: Adding a fingerprint to the APP requires 6 times of 360° omnidirectional multi-touch entry on the fingerprint lock. Go to the APP's setting, follow the prompts in the screen, tap your fingerprint on the reader multi times until it is recorded successfully.

Q: How to unlock the padlock?

A: There are 2 ways to unlock it.

Record your fingerprint first, and then touch the padlock with your fingerprint to unlock it.

Or go to the APP, click "unlock".

Q: What if the APP prompts "no device is found"?

A: Charge the padlock first(please fully charge the product for the first time.), enable your phone's Bluetooth feature, and touch the padlock fingerprint section to activate its Bluetooth signal. The padlock indicator will be on! :

Q: My email failed to receive the verification code when registering?

A: Change a different email address to register and try again. Or Go to your Spam box to check. Some email server will block messages.

Q: How to Charge the padlock?

A: Connect the padlock with the supplied original usb cable to charge it. The padlock indicator will be flashing when charging. After 2-3 hours, the indicator will be always on. If the indicator is not on or flashing, please change a different usb cable to charge.

Q: What's the pin code to pair the padlock?

A: There is no pin code, enable your phone Bluetooth, search the device Bluetooth signal in the APP to connect them automatically. Or please scan the QR code or ID number to add the padlock.
