Flat Die Pellet Machines
Our flat die pellet machines are devided into two series, the KL series pellet mills and the MKL series pellet mills. The KL series pellet mills can both press animal feed pellets and wood sawdust pellets, but the capacity of making wood pellets is lower than that of making feed pellets. The MKL series pellet mills have the special design for making wood sawdust pellets. Our pellet mills are guaranteed with 1 year quality assurance from the date of goods shipment.
When we are talking about spare parts for a pellet mill, by and large, we are talking about die, roller and bearing. Practically, that how often you will need to renew spare parts is depending on what raw material you are making pellets from. Apparently, compared with making straw pellets, pellet mill that are making wood pellets requires a higher frequency for changing spare parts. We supply clients with high quality pellet mill dies, rollers, bearings and other parts. Clients are available to order at anytime. If you need spare parts, please contact me or test message.

What kind of raw material is suitable for the Small Pellet Press Machine ?
A: All kinds of biomass waste, such as sawdust, wood branch, straw, coconut shell, corn, straw, grain,soybean and etc.
Any requirements on materials?
A: Ideal size of the raw material should be 1-5mm, ideal moisture of the powder should be 10%-20%
What kind capacity do you have?
A: 60-120kg/h, 200-300kg/h, 200-500kg/h, 800-1100kg/h and etc.
