All dresses are custom,please choose your size and color carefully.When you give us customized size, please give me the measurement with shoes on or tell me the height of your shoes` heel.we made the dress also need 15-30days,free ship is china post air,but it need more time to arrival your country about 15-90days,if you want fast ship you can choose EMS DHL OR UPS but you need pay for ship. Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind? A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully. Q: Will the dress looks exactly as shown on the pictures? A: Please note that our items are hand-made, and they cannot be 100% exactly like the items in the photos. Just like hand painted pictures, painting the same image twice can never be exactly the same. Each listing is for making you an item which is about 90% like the item in the photos we have provided.If you have any specific requirements, you must inform us prior to production to avoid any possible alteration fees. Why is there the color aberration ? The color aberration is inevitable, every computer displayer isdifferent, whose setting and color is also different, like in the above three different displayer with the same setting, but the color showed is different.The item does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for the dress only!!! Attention Please: 1.The color of the actual items may slightly vary from the above images due to different computer setting, thanks for your understanding 2.The size is measured by hands, so it may be a bit tolerance(About 1-3CM) 3.the photos is Reference Images,if we can not said it is real pictures.so some dresses maybe small diffent with photos,thanks for your understanding. Chromatic: 1.All goods photographs provided by professional photographer, carefully fix color as far as possible to the same as the actual commodity. 2.But because of lamp light, display color deviation, personal understanding of different colors, object might exist some color difference, it does not belong to commodity quality problem, the final color with actual goods shall prevail. Shipping We will send order by China Post; It takes about 2-3 Weeks to USA and 3-6 weeks to other countries. We also provide international Expressed delivery. Import Duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or in shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. The delivery time will vary, depends on receiver's location and on Customs. Return policy IF you are not happy, neither are we. if the problems is made by us, Returns may acceptable within 7 days from your receiving day. We only accept unwashed and unwarned condition. We are not responsible for returning mailing fees. All returns are subject to inspection, after inspection and if it is unused and unwashed in original condition, then will give you refund, but the shipping charges are not refundable.
